Workshop Descriptions:

We offer 4 ways to learn:

1. HorseSense Seminars (without horses)- 2 hour to full day seminars on hot topics in the workplace today, locations vary. See topics below or request a topic!

2. Hands-on HorseSense retreats (with our horses)- full day to multi-day workshops or breakout sessions integrated into your conference or retreat or customized to your group's goals. Because "horses don't lie" they offer a unique dynamic and feedback mechanism for participants to determine the effectiveness of their communication and leadership style. No riding or horse experience necessary, all activities are "on the ground."

3. Group or individual coaching - Coaching sessions can be done in person or telephonically with your mid- to Senior level managers, including the entire Executive Team. A solution-focused, goal-oriented approach will teach highly effective communication and leadership skills to get observable and immediate results.

4. As a keynote or speaker for your group, conference or team meeting, your audience gets an entertaining, yet information-filled presentation, with a unique twist - "Lessons from the Herd: What I've learned from horses about ... (topics vary)" Contact us for more information!
